Before becoming trainer and coach, Gordana Berger, founder and CEO of Action Management Consulting, held management positions within sales and marketing sectors in international companies in the United States and Canada (Benetton, Primus Telecom, Advanced Financial Systems Inc.)
After graduation at the University of British Columbia (UBC), Faculty of Commerce and Business Administrationi, with her major in Business Management, and a minor in Psychology, in Vancouver, Canada and many years of work experience on the American continent, having established the consulting company in Belgrade in 2003, Gordana brought the most modern methods of personal and corporate development to companies operating in Serbia and the Balkans.
In 2002, after returning to Belgrade, Gordana continued her career by joining the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and became the leader of the training team that has achieved outstanding results in training and capacity building of managers working at Public Administration. At that time, she also became a consultant of the UNDP team for restructuring the largest Public-Utility Companies in Serbia.
Gordana confirmed her training title and experience with the NLP Master Trainer and NLP Trainer and Consultant certificates from the NLP University (NLPU) in Santa Cruz, where she was certified by Judith DeLozier and Robert Dilts. Gordana completed her NLP Master Practitioner program at PPD Learning in London, certified by Judith Lowe and John Grinder (co-founder of NLP).
She is a member of the respected Global NLP Training and Consulting Community (GTC) from California and has completed Advanced NLP Techniques Training with Richard Bandler (co-founder of NLP) in London.

Radmila holds a BBAM degree from Andrews University/Newbold College, Department of Management and Marketing, in Great Britain and a Masters of Arts in Communication from Jones International University, USA.

She is a columnist for a number of business magazines and certified trainer in values-based coaching method Life Journey Map. For over a decade she has been a consultant and a lecturer at corporate seminars on the topics of communication and leadership. Milan Cabric is the director of Core Values company. Milan obtained his academic education at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, where he completed Master Studies in the field of Human Resources Management. With 16 years of experience in trainings and education working in international companies, Milan worked on big projects for development of leaders, managers and teams, with different approaches to each target group. Margrethe Hillesland is the owner of HiPOTENTIAL, People & Organizational Developer and has 17 years of experience and expertise in the selection and development of managers, teams and organizations. Margrethe has extensive international experience, a master's degree in organizational psychology, and a Master of Psychology.
She is our long-time consultant who uses Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in her work with leaders and teams. For five years, she was responsible in native Norway for the trainings of other consultants under this methodology. It focuses on the management team moving in the same direction, relying on the strengths of each individual, rather than on the negative sides and mutual differences. In her work with leaders, Margaret focuses on the leadership styles and the recognition of the individual diversity of members.

He is the founder of the coaching company Coach Bye, besides being responsible for leadership development in Postbanken Eiendom, a real estate division in DnB NOR, the largest bank in Norway.

As a coach and trainer Lars Erlend worked with Statoil, the13th biggest oil and gas company in the world with leadership developments. She acquired her 12-year experience in project management in the international environment (USA) as well as locally (Serbia) working in public (Ministry of Finance and Economy), non-government (UNDP) and private sector (Hypo-Alpe-Adria Bank). Her subspecialty are projects in the field of information technologies such are customized complex business software solutions, implementation of ready-made software solutions (ERP, BI, infrastructure solutions, documentation management systems, etc.), advanced organisational and business processes, introduction of change management processes, etc. Besides, she acted as the management representative and the external and internal auditor in introduction of quality management system ISO 9001:2008.
In her work, she implements a number of recognized project management methods - from Microsoft Solution Framework to agile methodology and the PMI principles.

He worked at Agroekonomik, in Marketing department whose activities included market research and definition of distributive, sales and marketing strategies for production programs of members of the company of PK Beograd and other independent companies. He first acted as Field Force Manager for Serbia and Montenegro in Dolce Bel International (distributor of multinational company of Ferrero) and later in the multinational company Wrigley.
He acquired the trainer's skills for sales techniques, efficient negotiation, human resources management and trainer training in the British company, Glendinning Management Consultants. He became certified Wrigley Breakthrough Facilitator in 2002 with Dr. Bart Sayle, founder of the Breakthrough process and he was in charge for training of Wrigley employees for Western Balkans.
