Gordana Berger

 

Before becoming a trainer and coach, Gordana Berger, founder and CEO of Action Management Consulting, held management positions in sales and marketing within international companies in the United States and Canada, including Benetton, Primus Telecom, and Advanced Financial Systems Inc.

After graduating from the University of British Columbia (UBC) with a major in Business Management and a minor in Psychology, she gained extensive work experience across the American continent. In 2003, having established her consulting company in Belgrade, Gordana introduced cutting-edge methods of personal and corporate development to companies operating in Serbia and the Balkans.

Upon returning to Belgrade in 2002, she joined the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and led a training team that achieved outstanding results in capacity building for managers in Public Administration. She also became a consultant for the UNDP team working on restructuring Serbia’s largest public utility companies and collaborated with the Cabinet of Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic.

In 2003, Gordana founded Action Management Consulting a training and coaching company. As part of a long-term consultancy for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with Canadian consulting firms and The National Bank of Canada, she developed and delivered numerous training programs in Professional Sales Skills, Client Orientation, Performance Appraisal, and Advanced Negotiation Skills—pioneering projects in the Serbian banking sector.

Beyond banking, her consultancy work has extended to renowned financial institutions such as Komercijalna Bank, Eksim Bank, HVB Bank, and Raiffeisen Leasing. She has also led restructuring projects in Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia, and Romania. Her collaboration with the European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR) and UNDP on projects to modernize the Serbian Tax Administration, train managers at the national and local levels, and upgrade nine Serbian public utility companies has reinforced Action Management Consulting’s reputation as a results-driven partner. Over 35,000 key managers and business owners have placed their trust in the company over its 22 years of operation.

Gordana has solidified her expertise with NLP Master Trainer and NLP Trainer and Consultant certifications from NLP University (NLPU) in Santa Cruz, under the guidance of Judith DeLozier and Robert Dilts. She also completed her NLP Master Practitioner program at PPD Learning in London, certified by Judith Lowe and John Grinder (co-founder of NLP), and has certification in Advanced NLP Training Skills and Tecniques with Richard Bandler (co-founder of NLP) in London.

She is a member of the Global NLP Training and Consultancy Commynity (GTC) in California and an accredited consultant who utilizes Human Synergistics psychometric tools and methodology in her work.

Gordana is active in various sports that challenge both physical and mental endurance, including diving, running, and skiing. She was a participant in the Survivor Serbia series in the Philippines.

 

Radmila Stanojevic-van Os

Radmila Stanojevic-van Os

Radmila holds a BBAM degree from Andrews University/Newbold College, Department of Management and Marketing, in Great Britain and a Masters of Arts in Communication from Jones International University, USA.

For years she has been working in the fields of project management, marketing and human resources development within public and private sector. Training and Development Specialist with a number of reputable institutions such as the Serbian Ministry of Finance and Economy, UNDP, CRS Europe/Middle East and Wrigley West Balkans.

She is a columnist for a number of business magazines and certified trainer in values-based coaching method Life Journey Map. For over a decade she has been a consultant and a lecturer at corporate seminars on the topics of communication and leadership. Radmila has been consultant at Action Management Consulting since the company has been established in 2003.

Ivan Dmitric is the founder and partner in the leading branch office of Human Synergistics International in Serbia. He specialized in the field of analysis, change in organizational culture and development of leaderships. His expertise includes Human Synergistic Accreditation - Change Agent Level, Flow International Trainer and NLP Business Practitioner. Ivan is a family man whose life goal is to use his energy, experience and knowledge in achieving positive organizational changes. In his work, Ivan combines Human Synergistics methodology and simulations which accelerate the process of team development, while half-day leadership modules and workshops in an effective way improve and develop the leadership of the company's key directors.

 

Milan Cabric

Milan Cabric

Milan Cabric is the director of Core Values company. Implementing advanced coaching methods like, Neuro-linguistic Program Coach (NLP), Accredited Consultant for Points of you methodology and HR consultant, working in teams and with the top managements. Milan obtained his academic education at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, where he completed Master Studies in the field of Human Resources Management. With 16 years of experience in trainings and education working in international companies, Milan worked on big projects for development of leaders, managers and teams, with different approaches to each target group. The topics he focuses on are: influential communication, assertive communication, presentation skills, leadership development with Coach simulation and development of teams with Human Synergistics simulation. He loves the written word and expresses his creative side by writing texts and blogs, as well as wood carving.

 

Margrethe Hillesland

Margrethe Hillesland

Margrethe Hillesland is the owner of HiPOTENTIAL, People & Organizational Developer and has 17 years of experience and expertise in the selection and development of managers, teams and organizations. Margrethe has extensive international experience, a master's degree in organizational psychology, and a Master of Psychology.

She is our long-time consultant who uses Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in her work with leaders and teams. For five years, she was responsible in native Norway for the trainings of other consultants under this methodology. It focuses on the management team moving in the same direction, relying on the strengths of each individual, rather than on the negative sides and mutual differences. In her work with leaders, Margaret focuses on the leadership styles and the recognition of the individual diversity of members.

Lars Erlend Bye

Lars Erlend Bye`s life vision is "Inspire to achieve", meaning he aims to inspire others to achieve their goals and objectives at work and in life. He is the founder of the coaching company Coach Bye, besides being responsible for leadership development in Postbanken Eiendom, a real estate division in DnB NOR, the largest bank in Norway.

Lars Erlend has been specializing in franchise, strategic marketing planning, business development, leadership development, business planning and sales training. One of Lars Erlend's biggest accomplishment as a CMO was lifting the brand awareness from 27 % to 52 % in two years.

Lars Erlend gives what it takes to succeed and his biggest passion is in training executives to succeed trough their employees. As a coach and trainer Lars Erlend worked with Statoil, the13th biggest oil and gas company in the world with leadership developments. The target group in this project was all the country managers in Statoil retail in 8 European countries.

He graduated at the BI Norwegian Business School. Later on he moved to New York to study Coaching at New York University and got his coaching certificate in Organizational Coaching and Personal Coaching.

He became a Trainer in Neuro-linguistic Programming at the NLP University in Santa Cruz certified by Robert Dilts. Lars Erlend is also certified Myers-Briggs practitioner and delivers leadership, performance and team programs based on MBTI.

 

Jelena Djuric

Jelena Djuric

Graduated from the Faculty of Organisational Sciences, Department for Information Systems.

She acquired her 12-year experience in project management in the international environment (USA) as well as locally (Serbia) working in public (Ministry of Finance and Economy), non-government (UNDP) and private sector (Hypo-Alpe-Adria Bank). Her subspecialty are projects in the field of information technologies such are customized complex business software solutions, implementation of ready-made software solutions (ERP, BI, infrastructure solutions, documentation management systems, etc.), advanced organisational and business processes, introduction of change management processes, etc. Besides, she acted as the management representative and the external and internal auditor in introduction of quality management system ISO 9001:2008.

In her work, she implements a number of recognized project management methods - from Microsoft Solution Framework to agile methodology and the PMI principles.

Consulting fields: project management, business analysis, organisational structure and business processes.

She is a certified trainer in the field of project management. Also, she has the SGS certificate of the leading auditor for ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Jelena is member of the AMC Team since its establishment.

 

Dragan Svilanovic

Dragan Svilanovic

After graduating at the University of Belgrade he specialized and received his Master's degree in the field of Hard Zones Development in Montpellier, France, at the Institute for Agricultural Policy and Agribusiness.

He worked at Agroekonomik, in Marketing department whose activities included market research and definition of distributive, sales and marketing strategies for production programs of members of the company of PK Beograd and other independent companies. He first acted as Field Force Manager for Serbia and Montenegro in Dolce Bel International (distributor of multinational company of Ferrero) and later in the multinational company Wrigley.

He acquired the trainer's skills for sales techniques, efficient negotiation, human resources management and trainer training in the British company, Glendinning Management Consultants. He became certified Wrigley Breakthrough Facilitator in 2002 with Dr. Bart Sayle, founder of the Breakthrough process and he was in charge for training of Wrigley employees for Western Balkans.
