You have surely heard many times that the picture is worth a thousand words. Richard Bandler, the person I appreciate very much, has charmingly shared with us a truth that the word is worth a thousand pictures.

What do you think about this?

What kind of words do you usually use to describe your everyday emotions and thoughts?

If you're desperate, disappointed, if you have a low expectations, what do you think how this affects your states and results? What questions do you usually ask yourself in these moments?

If you do not use your own words to create your the reality you wanted - you let your words use you!

How would it be if you,  in the next twenty days, replace some of your negative sentences used out of habit with new ones which will motivate you to action, and in some cases maybe even make you smile?

Are "too busy" or "too needed"? Do you "hope" or "expect"? Are you "confused"  or "curious"?

The choice is yours, isn’t it? Only you can decide.
